Very nice all this information you have written. I’m thinking about working down in Brazil and only recently have I heard about Joâo pessoa. Teaching is something I would definitely think about after taking a few courses of english myself simply because, as you’ve said, speaking it doesn’t mean I can teach it in depts, especially if my main language is french.. I know spanish very well and have a good base in portuguese… But I was curious, did you see any kind IT companies down there? I’ve been working as a software developer for years and that would be what I would like to do but if I have to, I wouldn’t mind teaching as it would allow me to meet people and better my portuguese at the same time..
